Is it kills not be awarded?
Is it medals and ranks?
Or is it victory points on maps not being awarded?

1. during registration there was only one planeset (A) to select. Now when our squad got some points I see alot more planesets - Can we pick one of them to be our future upgrade path - if yes how ?

Ok - found out how this is done. First drop current planeset line and the pick up a new one.

However, there where connection problems when I was doing this and it seems that I got the new planeset selected with BF-109F as our plane, but when I now try to our squad administration page I get the planeset selection only with planeset option A. I dont want to go back to planeset "A" with Emils - could it be that there was somesort of data corruption due to connection problems I had while changing this ??

Could someone from Administration look into our squad LeLv8_ settings in database??

Can You give some more info? Can You see Your squad stats page when You get into, or all You can see is choose planeset A button as Your first page?
in first case there is nothing to worry about - You have the planeset of Your choice and the planeset A is what You will get to pass qualification in case You decide to change Your current planeset
second case... well man... You are doomed...

yea what he said. when you picked a good planeset, your skill points were reset to 0. so now, you only have the reserve planeset available if you want to switch again. so unless you click "drop current planeset line" you should be fine.

i spent some time using google translator reading through the forum threads, i gathered that there are/were some issues regarding some of the medals (not that i have any ) and there is a thread about chute killing which caught my interest. i couldnt really figure out wether it was for against it and on the GT server it was allowed iirc, much to my disliking. so is it still allowed and people were just arguing about wether or not they do it or not and if so when?

As I understood Otto, he already qulified his squad, chosen a main planeset, then droped it again and tried to choose another one?

If so: After you have qualified you can only choose once. If you drop your mainplaneset you have to qualify all over again with the reserve planes. Each main planeset has good times and bad times. So you cant choose a planeset in which you always have the good times, without flying Reserve to qualify again

I am also doing this translator browsing stuff to get known with rules in ADW. Do you guys know if you get any qualification points from supply flights lasting longer than 15 minutes ? I bet you get your points if you shoot down the fighter behind you but what about the cargo it self - does it give you any points ?

You can't get any points for cargo itself. Only for shot down planes and destroyed ground target.
Flights lasting longer than 15 minutes accounting as a "battle flights"( and a flights when u shot down or destroy smth even it lasting less 15 minutes too). It taking in account for awards, expert/guard labels, restoring broken planes (approx 10 such a flights for 1 plane) but not for qualification.

also if i remember correctly you need 100 sorties for the first expert label regardless of the number of pilots?

something like 100 sorties, 25 shot down enemies and k/d > 1. If u've got better k/d and more air victories smaller number or sorties needed.

-IMHO, main component is STRIKE! - more and more successful sorties whith no death of your pilots.

It seems odd that the red team seems to get medals very quickly although this may be historic and if that is the case I do not mind.

two really big squads (JG72 aka 72AG and SA) usually play red side, but not this time. so it is mainly teams rebalanced, not the game
