I agree with you and I can remember epic battles in the "old" days. I now often find myself many times to rush into a duel even in disadvantage although I know that the real war is on tactics. ADW always is tactics and not a dogfight server. The are plenty of them online.
ROF is a nice build but is something else than what "we" want and CoD is a newborn. It will show to us the true itself in a few months with the expansion and 3rd parties help. Do not forget that The CoD has a big competion from the small but well advanced brother il2 1946. But if you play it for a little, you can't return to il2 1946. 1946 is to simple, to easy to "childish" if I might say with a lot of "tricks" and UFO planes.
