Hello guys from ADW !!!

First of all, congratulations for the great work creating ADW.

I have created a bomber squadron [KG3] and we have 4 pilots. But I do not understand the process to log on on ADW server :\

What do I have to do exactly ??? I go to my pilot page and confirm the IP address.... but then ??? I have to start il2 1946 and insert the server ip address on the multiplay menu ??? Do i have to download any software like hyperlobby???

Second question I was not able to find my squadron [KG3] listed anywhere on ADW website... Is it created already ??? Or Do I have to wait for a kind of confirmation????

after yor are connected to server open chat, type <logon<YOUR_PASSWORD (check e'mail You've used for registration for it) press enter and add new room called Server under rooms All and My Army, then press enter again

Because I get a on line message and immediately I lost the connection to the host server.

well, I will try to make myself clear this time

I have done all the process registering the squad on ADW website.

Now I need a detailed walkthrough to understand how I can manage to get on line

LIke this example:

1-you start il2 1946
2-you go to multiplay menu and type the server address
3-you will be on line now... type <login<password

OR

1-you have to download this software
2-the you type the server IP


I am counting with your help guys

Via il2 multiplay is correct. Besure u writed in il2 pilot profile same nickname as you registered on ADW. For example, i registered squad -U2- and my name there -U2-Halzan. In game pilot profile you must type the same name: -U2-Halzan. And dont forget about choose right speed connection in il2. If u dont want headache about it just choose speed ISND.

Hello all! Finally using online translator and a bit of patience I have been able to register.

Thanks to all ADW project administrators for the best online war experience ever. I have played more than 3000 online missions (AW1/AW2/IL2WAR-bellum based) but it has never been as realistic and fun as Air Domination War.

Hello everyone. I'd like to ask a thing.

My squad has reached thee calification points and archived Ju88, when trying to use it. Server tell us that we don't have it and he've lost all points... Does anyone know what happened ?

Hi guys.
As Deliverator said, we've little problems with our planeset line. (E69_KG1_)
We was 6 pilots on our squad, so we needed 18 points. After reach 15'00 points we decided to erase one of our pilots. Then, when I entered to squad management (after been deleted our pilot) it appears "Maximum pilots amount correcting" screen, and just 1 variant was aviable. We can't choose any other variant, so I thought we need 0,01 more points. Then I flew couple of sorties and I destroyed 2 tanks. Then the other variants appeared. Thought all was ok. I selected the Ju88's variant. The points went to 0, and I thought it was done well as the other times that I choosed another variant. The points changed to 0, as normal. But in the Managemen Squad screen, it did not changed the ju87 to ju88. In this moment, I thought it would change in the next map, so I was went to bed.
My surprise, next morning when I connected, the ju87 still there as our plane.

Now when I try to enter to squad management it appears again the "Maximum pilots amount correcting" screen. There I can see our points (1,23) and the aviable variants ("Planeset Line choosing"). And of course there is just one variant avialble (ju87) It seems that the squad has been reseted and we must do the 15 points again, is that true? What we have to do? Can't we enter to the normal squad management screen until I click on the ju87's variant?

From the rules I quote:

h) When planeset selection is available, if you want to add pilots and your squad is short of points for that number of pilots, than you need to get more qualification points (in addition to existing) flying reserve" type of aircraft. If your regiment already has enough points, you'll have to select a planeset instantly, without qualification". But when you have to change number of pilots, your regiment planeset will be set to reserve" in any case.

And checking that with your problem, seems that when you changed the maximum number of pilots from your squad, then it took you back to reserve planes and had to start to get points again; IMHO. Please someone correct this if he thinks its not right.

In Spanish: Hola, lo que creo que les ha sucedido es que han modificado el número máximo de pilotos a menos de los que tenían, o sea de 6 a 5. Por ello según dicen las reglas si ya has elegido un seteo y cambias la cantidad de pilotos (no que borras uno sino que editas el máximo de tu unidad) te vuelve a los aviones de reserva y tienes que comenzar nuevamente a conseguir los puntos.
Ha pasado algo de eso, o el motor de la campaña hizo todo al reves, o la han jodido Uds. al tocar algo allí

I know that another squad of our division, had done the same thing. They erase a pilot and they could change their planeset, because they had enough points to do that. So I thought I could do same thing. I erased the pilot and I still had the points. And when I had the necessary points to change planeset, I did it. The planeset variants was there and I clicked the ju88's. It appeared the confirmation page, and I thought it was done well.
So don't think that the problem is that I changed the number of pilots.
