For wining on maps Kuban&Stalingrad always was 10 points for any type of victory, because blue tanks couldn't capture HQ...

its not whining.
its about NOT understanding how this bloody virtuall war works.
its my 4th ADW round and i still dont have a clue whats going on on the map.
i mean,strategically,how the server calculates movement,tank columns,AF captured,bugs,bugs,bugs....
previous ADW there were ships supplying,this round there are no ships and nobody informs us here on english forum.
how are we supposed to figure it out by ourselves?
there should be a list with all the possible victories and points for red and blue side for every ADW map we play.


and about blue tanks which couldnt capture HQ in stalingrad....well they did this map.
question for you Strike:would it be less points than 10 for blue side if AFs were closed?
anwer: no,minimum 10 points for every type of victory.
so,whats the point for blue to get HQ capture when it is much easier to close enemy AFs?....

Weird thing happened to me while just flying JU52 supply flight

My plane fuselage was broken into two parts and parts started falling down. Once the front part hit the ground it took huge bounce from there and it continued to do this over and over again. I waited a while (30 sec perhaps) my plane to crash but it didn't - it just kept bouncing and rolling until I bailed. I didn't have time to see what happened to plane after that since my chute was shot and I pressed refly (btw. thx for 3.IAP_Wolf for that wtg!)

Seems like problem with JU52 damage or flight model.

This win like winning Kuban & Moscow maps is exceptional and only possible because there is so big blue superiority. Now this map lasted about a week and blue barely won it. Imagine 20-30 pilots more for red side on this map and the result would have been the other way around.

Write PM, explaining the situation and with link to squad, to =HH=Karl_Bartz. He might be able to help you.

Btw, it is not a good idea to fly both sides within one squad. I see that the nicks flying are different but in these cases it has been required an administration approval to do so.

most blue players didnt know that rule,else we would not spend time to bomb and defend tanks at the end,but would have simply shut down the enemy AF
i think important information like this should be made "sticky" for all players to see easily.
now,one question:why is winning both stalingrad maps "exceptional"??
who determines which map win is or is not "exceptional"?
is there a historical criterium?
and if yes,why is smolensk map red victory not regarded as "exceptional"(historically russian side had minimal chance of wining there),thus giving reds only 10 points instead of 20?......

ok ok i got it,i will not talk about server rules and generator behavings anymore,i understand that there is no point in this,cause this online war has its own (red???) rules....
anyway,the war keeps going on,hope reds come back too

There are some maps which are very hard for Blue side to win except in "exceptional" circumstances. (based on the past campaigns flown)

This is because the ADW map templates and generator which has some hardcoded settings for those maps. Since the current admins don't have the source code i.e. they cannot change this directly they have to do the map tweaking some other ways which is not effective as changing the original code directly. That is also the reason for slow bug fixes so lets be patient.

So no history related here but typical software project bugs etc.

PK 3 IAP Wolf and killed Remidek. Sorry Remidek i did not see when you bail and continued to shot in your plane. Its not my intention to kill your chute.

Next time drop your gear before bail in an aircraft taking damage. Drop gears = surrender. Then i stop fire and wait you bail.

Robtek it is easy to use the vertical estabilizer as knife. This way the attacking plane loses vertical estabilizer and rudder, the aircraft flies without it.

Today, in Mission http://www.adw.alkar.net/en/map/1193/2/index.html I was kicked without reason!!!
I flew a Ju87 and were attacked by a yak7.
My gunner killed the pilot and i was kicked.
In my mission statistik is this:

19:10:14 Take off-
19:23:41 Pilot killed Yak-7DI 3.IAP_Wolf

and nothing more!!!

Red depot in e2, new in this round and red airport in e2 also new are full equipped with shooting aaa!!
According to the rules that is very wrong!

kills of 335 were recorded in mission log but are not added in each of 335th pilots statistics,neither in our squadron statistics.
can admins help?
