It can be a last possibility of the admins, to correct the Balance of Players at End of War.
Admins should define (or build) a squadron, which works like a referee.

This War, we have a strong overweight for blue side.
If we have 20 vs 5 over weeks, its no fun for stronger Side, and no fun for weaker Side.
I think, if one or two Squads could switch Side, its enough to correct Balance.

Another possibility would be to limit the diference of a quorum. For example not more than 2 to 1.
For example; the quorum is 5/13 (Red/Blue), 5 pilots of Red and 10 pilot of Blue are flying. The other 3 Blue pilots are waiting for the incorporation of another Red pilot or waiting for a shot down, abandon or capture a pilot of Blue side.
We get a double equal effect:
- balance pilot number
- and pilots of smaller quorum can risk more because if they die or are captured the penalty is the usual, while the great quorum pilots must wait five minutes plus the time for a place... and sure, they try to be alive

My idea: Start war in Moscow, add 4.11 --->>> More Reds at the beginning --> More blue fly low and bigger DF will start cause in 4.11 the 109 can turn better. So you dont have those 8k+ DF noone ever dies

I think, if one or two Squads could switch Side, its enough to correct Balance.

Or it is simpler if you take out points or even status from the squad that they don't fly till the end of the war and to force the new ones that they starting to fly after 43 to fly with qualification all the way by starting from 41. In that way the red teams the will fly lets say 2 or three maps with yak 1 instead of La-5 in the maps after 43 and that will force them to fly the earlier maps. And for the ones that they will find smart enough to qualify in the first maps and then wait for 43 to come you can make a rule that if the squad has less active hours than it is needed then it has to make the qualification again, starting over from 41!

But I really think that the important thing is to bring more active squads. If you check you will see that in this war the really deference were the E69! This guys there simultaneously were flying with 10 or even more pilots. So if they are planing to fly the next ADW in red side then it will not only look bad for the ratio it will also loose any interest. This will mean that the blues will fly with a ratio of 1 blue pilot to 6 or 8 red. Think how long this can been kept on! And plz don't say that this was the ratio in this ADW bcz you know that in the best situation was 1 to 3.

The squads they should be balanced from the beginning of ADW with some protective rules so the ratio and the interest will be kept alive during the whole war.
