Просто вопрос... ты ваще читал все, что писали выше тебя? Если нет - почитай, пожалуйста. Если читал - то ответь хоть что-то по поводу - почему указаные аргументы есть не достаточно вескими.

Выскажусь по поводу евро правил... а именно чем они мне не нравятся.
Собственно сами правила (нашел только что на сайте [url]ep-pvp.net/rules.php[/url])
Прошу модераторов меня простить за 2 поста подряд, но мне удобнее писать свои комментарии в следущем посте, после того как выложу сами пвп правила.
General Rules:
- The legit pvp rules are: fair play, good manners, no naked killing, no shrines, no potions, no mercenaries, no corpse guarding, and maps must be cleared of all monsters.
- The duels take place in normal difficulty in the Blood Moor area. One player/team starts in cold plains waypoint and the other player/team at the town exit of the Roque Encampment. The duel starts when all players in both teams have said ".go". Not before all have said ".go" can a duel start.
- General rules apply here naturally. Read them too here.
- A rule has only effect when it really effects duel (for example you can use item with Slows Target or etc if your actions or attacks cannot cast it) .
- All characters must be able to cast the same level precastable spells during any point in the match without visiting the stash. This is to prevent BO, ES and etc pre-buffing from stash. Exception is druids who can change gear after transform.
- Inventory must be fully filled (40 slots) with charms, arrows/bolts or throwing weapons. Equipment and Horadric cube is not allowed to be carried in inventory during duel.
- Belt must be filled with identification scrolls during duel (Link)
Definitions:
- In each definition, all terms must be met.
Charge Paladin:
1) Uses skill "Charge"
2) Uses weapon with over 200 maximum damage
Blizzard Sorceress
1) Uses skill "Blizzard"
2) Doesn't use skill "Frozen Orb" or is not a "Hybrid Sorceress"
Hybrid Sorceress
1) Uses skills "Frozen Orb" and "Blizzard"
2) Has maxed (20 skill points) skill "Frozen Orb"
3) Has more than 2 skill points in "Blizzard"
Orb Sorceress
1) Uses skill "Frozen Orb"
2) Base level(1 skill point) in skills "Blizzard", "Ice Blast" and "Glacial Spike"
Elemental Druid:
1) Doesn't use the skills "Werebear" and "Werewolf"
2) Has over 10 skill points in either "Tornado" or "Armageddon"
Melee Druid:
1) Uses the skills "Werebear" or "Werewolf"
Hybrid Assassin:
1) Doesn't use trap skill charms
2) Uses claws with no more than +3 to lightning sentry each
(example: +3 traps OR +3 lightning sentry, but not both stats in same claw)
3) Maximum of 64% faster cast rate
Trap Assassin:
1) Doesn't qualify as "Hybrid Assassin"
Javazon:
1) Uses only "Javelin and Spear skills" to attack
2) Doesn't uses "Bow and Crossbow Skill"
Note: Each definition choise is permament for whole league season or tournament
Active charge = use of skill "Charge" only for direct attack
Passive charge = Skill "Charge" is used for movement
Auras that regenerate life = Prayer, Cleansing and Meditation if Prayer has 1 skill point
Banned Items/Item Limitations (1v1 and TvT):
- Slow Target Down by xx% is not allowed
- Knockback is not allowed
- Poison damage on charms is not allowed. Poison damage on other items and skills is unlimited
- Skill charges not allowed.
- Chance to Cast Amplify Damage is not allowed
- Chance to Cast Life Tap is not allowed, except by Barbarian or Melee druid(non-rabies). Casting it from leechable minion like Oak Sage is not allowed
- Rising Sun amulet and Blackoak Shield are not allowed to be used as Absorb item
- No bugged items!
- No ethereal runeword without indestructable or self-repair mod.(Exception: weapons not used in melee can be made to any ethereal weapon)
- No ethereal items with socket(s) without indestructable or self-repair mod.(Exception: weapons not used in melee can be used)
- Bugged skill synergies from item with charges is not allowed. For example Marrowwalk boots on necromancer, Carrion Wind ring on druid.
- Maximum of 2 Rainbow Facet jewels per element can be used in gear at anytime. Item with reduce Enemy Lightning Resistance counts as 2 lightning facets used.
- Maximum + 5 % to cold skill damage on Blizzard Sorceress
- Maximum + 15 % to cold skill damage on Hybrid Sorceress
- Maximum + 40 % to cold skill damage on Orb Sorceress
- Maximum of 35% open wounds total. Druid using skill "Rabies" cannot use any open wounds item. Melee characters without ranged attack can use unlimited open wounds vs Sorceress(1v1 and TvT).
- Teleport from runeword "Enigma" is not allowed unless specifically allowed elsewhere
- Skills of other class cannot be used unless specifically allowed elsewhere
- Items giving auras when equipped are not allowed unless specifically allowed elsewhere
- Paladin defensive aura skill charms are not allowed
- Charge Paladin is not allowed to use ethereal weapons
Strength Bug:
- Having strenght bug on item(s) with faster run/walk is NOT allowed. This rule doesnt apply for Sorceress.
Replenish life limits:
- Sorceress using Energy Shield: 0
- Sorceress not using Energy Shield: 20
- non-Sorceress using teleport: 15
- Assassin using traps & Passive Charge Paladin: 22
- Other characters: 30
- The use of auras that regenerates life counts as:
a) 15 replenish life in TvT (includes all team members in TvT)
b) 30 replenish life in 1v1
- Replenish life from Call to Arms doesnt count if its used ONLY for bo/bc
Limited skills:
Necromancer:
- Clay Golem is not allowed, because of it's Slow Down mod, which takes place even if you kill it with melee attack
Barbarian:
- Barbarian is not allowed to use skill "Leap"
- Whirlwind Lock is not allowed. Mistakes happen but if you start having too much complaints against you from different players you will be banned. If you make a ww lock by mistake, try to warn your opponent as fast as possible and say sorry.
Assassin:
- Hybrid Assassin is allowed to use skill "Whirlwind"
Druid:
- Elemental Druid can use the skill "Teleport" vs Amazons, Necromancers, Assassins, Sorceress, Paladins using Passive Charge and Elemental Druid. This includes TvT too if any of these classes is in opponent team.
Paladin:
- Holy Bolt is not allowed
- Maximum Prayer level allowed: Level 1 base (without items)
- Maximum Fast Cast Rate allowed on Passive Charge Hammerdin is 20%
- Passive Charge Paladin is not allowed to use Meditation
- Passive Charge Paladin is not allowed to use Vigor and Holy Freeze.

Resists and Absorbs:
- All resist limits in rules include resists gained from items, charms, Anya quest rewards, auras and Fade. Resist rule only applies when it has effect(vs lower resist, conviction, sorc cold skills). Barbarian skill Natural resistance doesnt count in resist limits
- Maximum 225% resistance in each element for all classes except Barbarian, is allowed unless otherwise defined elsewhere. For Barbarian this limit is 175%
- Maximum of 1 absorb item per element on all classes unless otherwise defined elsewhere in rules
- When Energy shield or Cyclone armor is used, no other absorbs can be used
- Exception is Nightwing's Veil helm, which can be used with Energy shield or Cyclone armor without counting it as absorb
Lightning Resists:
- Maximum lightning resistance cap vs Paladin and Sorceress is 85%
- Maximum lightning resistance cap vs Hybrid Assassin is 80%
- Maximum lightning resistance cap vs Trap Assassin is 90% for all classes except on Amazon, Paladin using passive charge and Melee Druid
- Maximum lightning resistance cap for Passive Charge Paladin is 80%.
- Maximum lightning resistance cap for Melee Druid vs Trap Assassin is 85%
- Amazon can not use Thundergods Vigor vs Trap Assassin: instead she can use 85%max lightning resist or 20% lightning absorb vs Trap Assassin
- Maximum lightning resistance for Sorceress, Active Charge Paladin, Elemental Druid: 225%
- Maximum lightning resistance for Assassin, Necromancer, Passive Charge Paladin: 210%
- Maximum lightning resistance for Amazon and Melee Druid: 200%
- Maximum lightning resistance for Barbarian: 150%
- Assassin weapon block counts as lightning absorb
Poison Resists:
- Maximum Poison resistance: 200%
- Maximum -25% poison lenght reduce allowed unless otherwise defined elsewhere
- Melee characters without ranged attack can use -50% poison lenght reduce vs Amazon
- Maximum poison resistance cap is 85% unless otherwise defined elsewhere
- Barbarian, Necromancer and Elemental druid cannot use any reduce poison lenght items vs Druid and max poison resist is 80% vs Druid
Limited/Banned Items in Non-Ladder Realm:
- Maximum 8 of these charms can be used (total 8 of them, not 8 of each):

One vs One Rules:
These rules only apply for one vs one tournaments/duels!
Amazon:
- Maximum of 10 Replenish life from gear is allowed in Amazon vs Amazon and Amazon vs Necromancer
- Stacking arrows/bolts in the bloodmoor is not allowed in Amazon vs Amazon
- Amazon can use 35% damage reduction vs Charge Paladin
- Amazon cannot use skills "Lightning Fury" and "Lightning Bolt" vs Barbarian or Melee druid not using Rabies
Assassin:
- Trap Assassin is not allowed to use "Weapon block" vs Sorceress
- Assassin is not allowed to use "Burst of Speed" vs Melee Druid
- Assassin is not allowed to use "Shadow Warrior" or "Shadow Master" vs Active Charge Paladin, Orb/Hybrid Sorc, Lightning Sorc and Elemental Druid
- Assassin is not allowed to use "Mind Blast" vs Elemental Druid
- In Trap Assassin vs Trap Assassin maximum light resist is 85%
- Assassin is not allowed to use "Psychic Hammer " vs Orb/Hybrid Sorc and Lightning Sorc
Barbarian:
- Barbarian is not allowed to use skill "Shout" and is not allowed to use any open wounds % vs Melee Druid
- Barbarian must have same Battle Orders and Battle Command level on both weapon switches vs Melee druid
- Barbarian is allowed to use skill "Teleport" vs Sorceress. If Barbarian chooses not to use teleport, then Sorceress can have maximum of 40% block from gear vs barbarian.
- Barbarian is allowed to use 130% run/walk vs Sorceress
- Barbarian can use max 45% damage reduction vs Barbarian and Melee Druids
- In Barbarian vs Barbarian, maximum open wounds is 10%
- In Barbarian vs Barbarian, you can make the following agreement at start of the duel:
1) No shield for both barbarians
2) No "Shout" for both barbarians
3) No shield and no "Shout" for both barbarians
This agreement is made once at duel start and has to be followed for all duels of that match. It is only valid if both players agree with each other.
Druid:
- Elemental druid can use 50% damage reduction vs Barbarian and Assassin using skill "Whirlwind"
- Elemental Druid is not allowed to use skill "Cyclone Armour" vs Sorceress
- Elemental Druid is not allowed to use skill "Oak Sage" vs Melee druid or Necromancer without "Teeth"
- Druid using "Rabies" can use max 120% run/walk vs Melee druid
- Melee Druid is not allowed to use Feral Rage vs Necromancer
Necromancer:
- Maximum of 10 Replenish life from gear is allowed in Amazon vs Necromancer
- Necromancer is not allowed to use bone prison except vs other Necromancers
- In Necromancer vs Necromancers and Necromancer vs Melee Druid, bone walls are not allowed
- Necromancer is not allowed to surround himself with bone walls or spam bone walls around opponent vs Druid, Paladin or Barbarian.
- There must be multiple entrances for opponent to reach Necromancer
- Necromancer is not allowed to use "Decrepify" or "Iron Maiden" curse
- In Necromancer vs Assassin, if Necromancer chooses to use "Teeth" he can only use 85% max light resist + 1 absorb
- Necromancer can only use 100% run vs Melee Druid
- If Necromancer chooses to not use Teeth, Elemental Druid isn't allowed to use Oak Sage. If Necromancer chooses to uses Teeth, then Elemental Druid can use Oak Sage.
Paladin:
- Paladin is not allowed to use Passive Charge vs Barbarian and Necromancer
- Paladin is not allowed to use skill "Charge" and "Vigor" vs Melee Druid
- Paladin using "Fist of Heavens" is not allowed to use Passive Charge vs cold Sorceress
- Paladin using "Blessed Hammer" is not allowed to use aura "Concentration" vs Melee Druid or barbarian
- Paladin using Passive Charge is not allowed to use auras that regenerates life
- Paladin using Passive Charge is not allowed to use Vigor
- Paladin using Passive Charge cannot use Holy Freeze vs Amazon
- Paladin is not allowed to use auras that regenerates life vs Barbarian or Melee Druid
- In Paladin vs Paladin, lightning absorb is not allowed and max lightning resist is 75%. Conviction aura is not allowed if both use "Fist of Heavens"
Sorceress:
- Sorceress can use 20% damage reduction vs Charge Paladin
- Sorceress cannot use shield vs melee druid
- Sorceress vs Sorceress is played in Nightmare difficulty
- Sorceress cannot use Energy shield vs Necromancer if Necromancer doesnt use skill "Teeth". If Necromancer uses "Teeth", then Sorceress can use energy shield (Necromancer chooses)
- Fireball Sorceress can't use Chilling Armour vs Amazon
Team vs Team Rules:
General Rules
- Rules that apply in 1v1 do not count here!
- If a player from a team can't play then a backup player may take his place but this player has to be of the same class and must ofcourse play by the rules. Backup players can be taken only once in tournament, judges can give permit to do more changes for valid reason.
- Items giving auras when equipped are allowed in Team vs Team. Exception is runeword "Doom" which is banned
- Battle Orders/Battle Command from Call to Arms runeword is allowed in Team vs Team
- Sorceress is not allowed to cast Battle Orders/Battle Command from Call to Arms runeword
- Teams with Barbarian+Sorceress cannot use Shout and Barbarian must have same Battle Orders and Battle Command level on both weapon switches
- Both Meditation and Battle Orders together are not allowed to use in team with sorceress or teleporting druid. Only one of them can be used in this teams
- Auras that regenerate life are only allowed vs team with char(s) using teleport
- Necromancer is not allowed to use bone prison except vs teams with Paladin using Passive Charge
- Elemental Druid is limited to use 1 pet animal, 1 vine and 1 spirit (eg. Bear + Poison Creeper + Oak Sage)
- Maximum of 2 resistable elements (Fire, Cold, Lighting, Poison) elements may be used in a team that uses Conviction
- Maximum of 3 resistable elements (Fire, Cold, Lighting, Poison) elements may be used in a team that uses Lower Resists. IF, and only IF Lower Resists is used, cold element counts as 2 resistable elements
2 vs 2 Rules (This rules only apply in 2 vs 2 duels)
- Druid is not allowed to use Cyclone Armour vs Cold Sorceress
- Lower resist is not allowed to use together with passive charge Paladin using Conviction
